Subscription Terms

I. INTRODUCTION
These Subscription Terms (the “Subscription Terms”) govern your purchase and use of subscriptions to the Findo mobile application featured on the Website (the “App”).
By purchasing a paid subscription through the Website, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Subscription Terms, as well as the Terms of Use and End User License Agreement. If you access or use the Website, your information will be processed in accordance with corresponding Privacy Policy.
II. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS
The App is provided by BP Mobile LLC (“we,” “us” or “our”) on a free basis. Once you download the App, you will have access to its basic features.
Access to some services and/or additional features within the App (“Premium options”) requires paid subscription. A complete list of subscription plans and pricing is available on the “Findo: Peace of Mind, Right in Your Pocket” web pages at URLs under the domain name https://safe24.app (the “Website”).
Prices for different subscription plans are indicated in the Information section on the Website. All prices are in U.S. dollars and may vary by country. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Before making a purchase, you will be provided with all necessary details about your selected subscription plan, including its duration and the length of any free trial period (if available).
III. FREE TRIAL. SUBSCRIPTION AUTO-RENEWALS
Free trials (if available)
Some subscription plans may offer a free trial, allowing you to access the App’s Premium Subscription
Features at no charge for a limited period. If you activate a subscription with a free trial, please
note that your paid, auto-renewing subscription will begin automatically once the trial period expires.
You will be charged automatically each subscription billing period unless you cancel your subscription
in advance.
To avoid being charged and automatically transitioned to a paid subscription,
make sure you cancel your subscription with a free trial at least twenty-four (24) hours before the
end of the trial period.
Subscription auto-renewals
All subscriptions to the App are auto-renewable. This means that during the 24-hour period before
the current billing cycle for the relevant subscription plan ends, such subscription will automatically
renew for the next billing period (e.g., weekly, monthly, annually, or another applicable
period), and you will be charged accordingly unless you cancel your subscription (turn off subscription
auto-renewal).
To avoid automatic renewal and associated charge, make sure
you cancel your subscription at least twenty-four (24) hours before the end of the current billing
period. Turning off auto-renewal ensures that your subscription will not be renewed
for the following cycle and no further charges will be applied.
IV. PAYMENT METHODS
You can pay for your subscription on the Website through debit or credit card or PayPal.
Payment will be charged to the payment method you provided at the time of purchase or after the end of any applicable free trial period. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge the corresponding subscription and/or additional purchase fees to your chosen payment method. You agree to provide accurate, complete billing information and to update it promptly if changes occur.
Please note that we or our third-party payment providers may apply a temporary verification charge of $0.50 to validate your payment card. This amount will be automatically refunded to your account.
Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at any time after receipt. We reserve the right to cancel any order if we believe there is an error, fraud, or unauthorized or illegal activity associated with the order.
V. CANCELLATION
No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period. Subscription is managed by you. Please note that removing the App from your device does not cancel or deactivate your subscription.
Your subscription will be automatically renewed within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription term. To avoid automatic renewal, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal time.
You can cancel your subscription by either:
- Using the “Manage Subscription” link included in the confirmation email you received after purchase, or
- Contacting us at [email protected].
If you purchased your subscription through the Website, it cannot be managed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. For in-app purchases, please refer to Section IX of the relevant iOS Terms of Use or Android Terms of Use.
VI. REFUNDS
Please, follow our Refund Policy that covers the terms and conditions regarding refund eligibility requirements, exceptions, and the process of refunding.
VII. CHARGEBACKS. DISPUTES
If you initiate a chargeback or otherwise reverse any payment of applicable subscription fees, we may, at our sole discretion, immediately disable or terminate your account for breach of your payment obligations under these Subscription Terms.
We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback received, including by providing the relevant financial institution with any information demonstrating that the payment in question was authorized by the user responsible for the chargeback.
VIII. CHANGES TO THE SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
In case we change our Subscription Terms, we will post the changes on this page. Please check the Website regularly for any changes.
